For sinus issues, whether it is allergic sinus issues, chronic sinus headaches, or ear pain related to Eustachian tube inflammation, you would have heard me recommend salt water nasal washouts.

Sometimes, with ongoing inflammation that doesn’t get better, I will add a prescription 2 cc medicated steroid liquid that helps reduce inflammation better than standard nasal sprays. Please let me know if you feel this might help you.
The 8 ounce bottle is my preferred device, over the “teapot” because there is more force into the sinuses and probably does a better rinse.
